We require a $50 fee which will be used as credit towards your Medspa service.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your Medspa appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance. All services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee. Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged $50 fee.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for registration/check-in and preparation for your treatment.
Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all customers we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot…etc. So please plan accordingly.
Pre-paid packages may be cancelled up to 72 hours. You will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. All purchased packages have no expiration date and can be used at anytime or used as spa credit towards a different service. If you have started using your package and request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, you may receive a refund based on the original price of the unused portion of the service minus a 10% processing fee.
Unopened/undamaged products may be returned within 30 business days for full refund, minus 10% processing fee.
Used Product/s may be returned for exchange or credit only based on Boise Dermatology discretion. Product must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or substantial usage (1/4 original content).
All or any products sold at a sale or discounted price are marked as final sale.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
